Cooking Matters

Join us to learn how to prepare healthy eating recipes on a limited budget. Our six-week series of Healthy Eating Classes (Primary) offers hands-on techniques taught by Cooking Matters-certified educators. Nutrition educators and class assistants dedicate their time and expertise to show adults, teens and kids how to shop for and prepare nutritious foods. Carb Counting 

This free class empowers you to take control of your blood sugar by understanding how carbohydrates affect your body, how to identify and avoid carb-rich foods, what foods can lower blood sugar and more.
