The Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) at Tanner Health is an enthusiastic group of patients, family members, and caregivers committed to healthcare quality improvement. Through virtual and in-person meetings, we collaborate to provide valuable insights and uphold patient-centered care while exploring healthcare volunteer opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria

To join PFAC, you must:

Be a former hospital patient, family member, or caregiver or currently receiving services with Tanner Health.
Commit to attending regular monthly meetings.
Embrace Tanner's dedication to healthcare quality improvement.
Be positive and share different perspectives.

Application Process Requirements:

Complete the PFAC/Volunteer Services application.
Provide a valid driver’s license or government ID.
Undergo an online background check.
Upon approval, complete the Volunteer Onboarding forms packet.
Attend an interview with PFAC coordinators and members.
Complete orientation.
Commit to attending monthly PFAC meetings and events.
