At Tanner Healthcare for Children – Carrollton, we provide trusted pediatric and adolescent care for children from newborn through age 18. Our team focuses on the whole child — supporting growth, development and long-term health.

Conveniently located inside the Tanner Health Pavilion in Carrollton, our practice combines personalized care with access to the broader resources of Tanner Health.

Appointments 

All patients are seen by appointment only. You can also schedule sick visits anytime through Tanner MyChart. If you need weekend or after-hours care for your child, please reach out to the team at Tanner Urgent Care for Kids.

Proxy access 

Caregivers of children 12 to 17 years old will need “proxy access” to view their child's healthcare information within the Tanner MyChart app. Please work with your child to complete the MyChart Patient Portal Access Agreement and Authorization form and return it to a staff member at your preferred Tanner Healthcare for Children location.
