You can prevent diabetes if you make a few simple changes to your lifestyle.

Get Healthy, Live Well is offering Diabetes Prevention Program classes that can help. These classes combine coaching from a certified lifestyle educator, proven learning materials and small-group support to help get you on the path to better health. You will learn strategies to eat healthy and add physical activity to your daily life.

The program includes one-hour weekly classes for 16 weeks, followed by maintenance classes for the remainder of the year.
