Tanner Health is passionately dedicated to cultivating lively communities. We take pride in offering local business sponsorships to organizations, events and initiatives focused on boosting health and wellness throughout west Georgia and east Alabama.

Our local business sponsorships are available to companies, civic groups and organizations that advocate for educational health and wellness activities, farmers' markets and various community gatherings. 

How to request sponsorship

For those seeking sponsorship funds, we recommend completing and submitting the sponsorship request form template provided below.

We ask for at least six weeks’ notice to ensure a comprehensive review of each request. All sponsorship requests are assessed based on our philanthropic mission. Due to the high volume of inquiries and limited sponsorship funds, we may not be able to accommodate every request.
