For Groups Offering Assistance

West Georgia Cares supports nonprofits, governments, and faith-based organizations in managing their caseloads more efficiently. The network also helps agencies generate visit reports, track the number of individuals served, measure pounds of food distributed, and compile additional data required by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

Organizations interested in joining the West Georgia Resource Network or collaborating with West Georgia Cares should reach out to the foundation at 770-832-1462 or info@cfwg.net. An annual fee of $50 is required for each agency to be listed in the database.
