All patients are seen by appointment only. You can also schedule sick visits anytime through Tanner MyChart. If you need weekend or after-hours care for your child, please reach out to the team at Tanner Urgent Care for Kids.

Proxy access

Caregivers of children 12 to 17 years old will need “proxy access” to view their child's healthcare information within the Tanner MyChart app. Please work with your child to complete the MyChart Patient Portal Access Agreement and Authorization form and return it to a staff member at your preferred Tanner Healthcare for Children location.
