West Georgia Surgery Center is an outpatient orthopedic surgery center in Carrollton, Georgia, created through a partnership between Tanner Health and OrthoWest (formerly Carrollton Orthopaedic Clinic).

The center provides orthopedic surgery and pain management services in a setting designed for safety, comfort and efficiency. By combining the resources of Tanner Health with the expertise of OrthoWest physicians, patients have access to specialized surgical care close to home.

Focused orthopedic care 

West Georgia Surgery Center specializes in procedures that treat conditions affecting the joints, bones, muscles and nerves. The goal is simple: reduce pain, improve movement and help patients return to daily activities as safely and quickly as possible.

Most procedures are performed on a same-day basis, allowing patients to recover at home rather than stay overnight in the hospital.

  • Tendon and ligament repair
